Delete account
Delete from the app
- Open the StatusQ app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
- Tap Personal Info.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, photo, preferences)
- Personality quiz answers and FLOW type data
- All bookings (past and upcoming)
- Connections with other users
- All messages (group chats and direct messages)
- Device tokens and notification preferences
- Event feedback and ratings
Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes. Payment records processed by Stripe or Apple are subject to those platforms' respective retention policies.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request from the email address associated with your account to:
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Your identity will be verified and the request processed within 30 days.
Active subscription?
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Before deleting your account:
- If you subscribed via the web, cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your profile settings).
- If you subscribed via the App Store, cancel through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable per our Terms of Service.
